We give you insight into fly fishing tackle, fly presentation, fly selection, water reading skills and have you casting in just a few hours.

Our 8 hour class gives you insight into fly fishing tackle, fly presentation, fly selection, water reading skills and have you casting in just a few hours. Spend the afternoon practicing your newly acquired skills alongside our knowledgeable instructors. All tackle, and equipment, including a gourmet lunch and drinks, are provided.

  Summer Fly Fishing Clinic:

The summer clinic is offered from June 15-September 15 or based on water levels.  The morning part of this trip is spent riverside practicing your casting techniques and  water reading skills.  In the summer, the trout streams are typically lower water levels, so we spend the afternoon part of the fly fishing clinic floating on the New River fishing for smallmouth bass.  This gives you a better opportunity to be successful at your new skills!
